I am a Board Certified Occupational Therapist and a Board Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner & Life Coach. The knowledge that I have gained through all my years of education, hands on work experience and my own experiences with IBS, candida, anxiety, hormone imbalances have enabled me to deeply understand our body and what it needs to be able to heal and thrive.

It has helped me to understand and make connections with our behavior and how our thoughts, memories and past experiences shape our perspective on life. That filter that we see our life through has a direct connection to our health and well being. Everything is connected and all things matter. These are the missing keys to a healthy and happy life.
